Hastings Deering are looking for a Learning Systems Officer to join our team at our People & Culture office in Acacia Ridge. This is a 12 month fixed term maternity leave contract.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the coordination, administration and reporting of training across Hastings Deering
- First point of contact for system support and troubleshooting (Inbox/Ticket system management)
- Administer the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring training records are accurate and employees have access to the learning they need.
- Schedule and coordinate instructor-led training sessions
- Provide technical system guidance to users, local administrators and leaders
- Upload, Test and maintain learning content within the LMS
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements
- Work closely with IT and People & Culture teams to ensure system alignment and integration with broader HR and business systems.
What you’ll need:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Time Management and organisational skills
- Previous experience working with LMS or HRIS beneficial but not essential
